MPG Gauge 94 Pete DDEC II

I had the chance to get a few things out of wrecked Pete, one thing i selected was a digital mpg gauge and of coarse the panel with the additional hole it was in. I have a 94 Pete with Detroit Series 60 DDEC II. I think i found the wires in the dash for it, but not 100% sure on what i need to do to hook it up. I have searched the internet and can't find hardly any info on it. So if anyone knows what i should do to install it or even if DDEC II is capable, i would appreciate any feedback.
