Had the PTO going and all of a sudden it died. Could get the transmission back into drive or reverse. I have a "SM" on the readout.

Turned everything off and back on. Disconnected battery for 15 minutes.

Checked all the fuses with a test light on the drivers foot panel.

Weird thing is the light that illuminated the F N R is no longer on. It's like its dead.

Any ideas. Kinda stranded in the middle of nowhere.

In side batt. box you will find a fuse inside single fuse box CK. inside to see if it is blown?

No luck. One 30 amp fuse and one 120 switch.

I pulled the 30 amp and the truck shut off.

I found the fuse. It's good, I pulled it and the back up alarm started going off. Put it back in and the Meritor display cycled through.
