I have a 2006 379 Peterbilt EXHD. My Hi beams were functioning fine and then one day they just stopped. When I lift up the turn signal handle to turn them on all 4 headlights go out. Low beams function correctly. I have put in brand new fuses and even replaced the $200 plus dollar multi function swith, Turn signal handle. Also, when I put the hi beams in the on position the dash indicater light does not come on. Yes, the ignition switch is on and the hi beams are not working whether I am moving or sitting, rain or shine. Are there anymore relays somewhere that I am not aware of. HELP.

Spread a little peanut butter on the fuse box. The peanut butter will get in there and fix it, or at the very least it'll make it taste better.

It sounds more like a wiring issue. I would start by closely inspecting the wiring going to the head lamp assembly on the engine compartment. Remove zip ties, clamps and wiring protectors (black flex tubing) if you have to. Make sure to put everything back the way it was. Look for chaffed wires, green dust or crimps. GL!

Check the connectors on the back of the headlamps. Mine were acting weird like you describe and cleaning all the contacts fixed it.

I finally figured out my problem. My wiper arms behind the dash were rubbing a wiring harness.
