Hello. I found you finally! Sorry, I didn't think to look in the Pete section. I still don't know why I couldn't find you with a user-name search, weird? I am really sorry, but I work at an International dealer. I very rarely see Petes and when I do it is usually for engine stuff. I have no idea what to tell you about your problem. Could you take some pictures of what you are doing and what broke and I will try to give you my best opinion on what to do.

The upper mounts on the frame just bolt on, so they're simple. The lower ones are part of the spring saddle, so you need new saddles and U-bolts. I'm surprised they broke on 2011, did you heat them? Been working on Petes for years and never broke one of those, I had some that needed heat to remove, but never break.

I don't try to reuse U-bolts, I just replace them. Just cut them off, set the new saddle in place and install new u-bolts. The bolts should be 250 ft/bs, then recheck them after a week or so.

    Heavyd Thanks this.

Hey HeavyD I have a question for you also. I have a 2015 Great Dane trailer and an 09 Prostar. My left blinker wouldn't work sometime on the trailer only (it's brand new) so I had the connector box switched out, found a couple wires that were just barely hanging on, so fixed that, still would do it , intermittently, so I put another breaker fuse in my truck for that side of the trailer and it worked better, then stopped again after I'd hear a clicking . So stopped at dealer n got a higher number and has been working ever since but now and again, I'm hearing that clicking again. Do you think it's something in the fuse box of my truck or some sort of short in trailer?
