I was replacing the steer shocks on my 2011 386 and sheered off all studs but one upper. The lower mounts don't appear to come out easily which are part of the spring saddle and look pressed in with no bolt hole on back side. I was considering replacing the studs but am cautious as most bolts I put a wrench sheer off due to rust. I'm working on tapping them to just put a regular grade 8 bolt in the stud end which is a pain in the arse since the metal is so hard. I'd love any suggestions as it's getting frustration. If there's any way to relocate them I'd be interested in that as well.
Thank you in advance for any help and suggestions.

when replacing bolts always use grade 8,,buy from you cat dealer ,,cat makes their own bolts

Ya, I bought grade 8. Not from Cat as they're far away so Ace Hardware had to work.
