I have a 2007 peterbilt having directional problems
    All lights come on
Drivers light & marker light work & front, side & back directionals work
Passenger lights & mark lights come on
Have directional I the front but side marker light & back on the passenger do not flash
Hazards work just on the drivers side & only on the passenger front (rear & middle do not flash)
Have no brake light on the back passenger but do on the drivers side
    All fuses are fine
    Can't figure it out

Replace the brake/blinker light that isn't working.

Are you using a semi of straight truck. Maybe the cord if you are using a tractor. Check all bulbs. Check all contacts for corrosion. Check all grounds.
Check to see if wiring harness is not pinched anywhere.

Had similar issue...wires at tail light harness had rubbed through shorting out. Looked for days as would happen intermittently depending on bumpy roads and crappy wet weather.
