I drive a 2015 Peterbilt 579. I've looked in the manual and searched the Internet for this but have had no luck.
the interior spots and the lights over each seat turn on automaticly sometimes when you move near them. I can't figure out how. Like if I leave the drivers seat and step onto the sleeper area and move my arm to turn on the APU. The little spot light sometimes turns on automatically. Not every time. The little spotlight over my head in the drivers seat kept turning on whenever I moved my head the other morning. Over and over. I would click the button off... A minute later I would move my head or something and it would turn back on. Sometimes they never turn on. What the heck!! Sometimes I will lean over towards the passengr seat to grab something I have there and click... The light over seat turns on. Course then I have to leave it on till I pull over and turn it off....It's really getting on my nerves!! Lol...
anyone know now the trick to these lights? How do you keep these off? Is my truck haunted?

Have you read the owner's manual for the truck? Pretty sure the instructions are in there regarding how to operate the lights.
