Fighting Global Warming on the Toilet

Singer Sheryl Crow has said a ban on using too much toilet paper should be introduced to help the environment.

Crow has suggested using "only one square per restroom visit, except, of course, on those pesky occasions where two to three could be required".

Yes now is the time to pass that law. 1 square per time in the
toilet. This democratic congress could pass it between non-binding
resolutions and right before they bring back the 55 mph speed limit.
They thought that tapping into overseas cell phone calls is invasion
of privacy.... Wait till they enforce the 1 spuare law.

Luckily, all my trips to the toilet are "pesky" so I will be exempt from this law.

Yeah, I had to check to make sure it was actually from the BBC.

A MPLS talk show host interviewed a Local MN,WI show promoter a couple months back. He had just done a show for the Red Hot Chili Peppers.

He gave a brake down on how much energy is used during one show for these guys. Enough to run a small town for a night.

They also insisted on bio diesel for all their equipment. But there are no bio diesel outlets up here......

So they had to have it specially shipped in from California. And to everywhere else they travel!

Good ol Limbaugh had it right, (back when he was a conservative).

Symbolism over Substance...

Lightbulb What a Great Idea...

Since we're using a large percentage of the corn crops to produce ethanol fuels, we now have a use for the left over corn cobs.

Using the "New York Times", "Washington Post", and "Rolling Stone Magazine" would all be viable replacements for toilet paper (but what would my parrot read?).

Sheryl Blow has the colossal gall to lecture US on the so-called importance of using ONE SQUARE AT A TIME in the bathroom?!?

People in glass houses should not be throwing stones. What about the glaring hypocrisy of that enormous "carbon footprint" of hers with her bus, 6 tractor trailers and private jet? Or does she get a pass on all of that by the gospel according to St. Al of Gore?
