Politics Do Not Pass/Pass With Care. Today's truckers are far more educated and cognizant of the issues regarding politics due to the sharp increase in talk radio, and various trucking news media sources. Talk politics. Do truckers like politicians?

yes the interceptor does have design flaws, the re-call the leather necks did was mainly for the plates (yes some vests did have bad stiching), just like the army and other branches, because the plates were defective (they were too hard and after 2 shots from 100 ft with a 7.62 round would crack and alow another round to enter) and there are other things that I will not mention that make the Vest portion defective, but they have come out with add-ons that fix those flaws, but most of the troops don't like to wear them because they do restrict movement, I saw the dragon arrmor on the discovery chanel "future weapons" and it does stand up to alot, the reason they haven't gone to it is because of CONTRACTS not that they don't want to but because the services (not dem, lib, or republican) have invested in a contract they have to full-fill that contract, unless the company defaults on the contract and so far they haven't, it's just like KBR working over in Iraq, people are mad because so much money has been paid to them the reason they are still there is because of the contract.

The reason they fight isn't because of world politics, or any thing as grandiose as that.

They don't have that luxury. They fight for the person on their left, and the person on their right because they know that person will fight for them. That is the only left or right that matters.
God bless them all.
they fight for freedom, they fight for you and me, and your right redwolf they fight for the man/woman to thier left and thier right, I my self served from 4 june 98 to 4 feb 07, 3 overseas tours, 2 1/2years S.Korea, and 1 year in Iraq. what the american citizen doesnot realize is by us being over there we are taking the fight to them instead of the next 9/11

I've walked in those boots, and pulled many off as well. I've seen all the things you describe, and have lost good friends along the way.

I understand it, and the company I keep understands that. But I realize we are a very small corner of the population.

There are libs on this very board that do not understand this simple concept.
I am convinced it will take another 9/11 possibly on a far worse scale than 2001 to wake up the libs with their heads stuck in the sand and their blame America idiocy for the deaths of innocent men women and kids.

Nearly 23% might have benefited from protection along the mid-axillary line of the lateral chest. Another 15% died from impacts through the unprotected shoulder and upper arm," the report says.

Nope.

Won't happen- it'll never be their fault, it'll still be Bush's fault. No matter how bad it is, it will ALWAYS be "caused" by the policies of the right- even though they never do anything to propose a reasonable proposal other than holding press conferences and rallies to stir up the masses. Anyone can talk a good game- that's all they do- talk.

The rabid fringe of the libs that believe this stuff will push it until the day they leave this earth, and probably years after that, too.

It is a proven fact that there are more military vets in Dem party, than there are in Rep party. That statistic alone is enough to prove if Dems participate in our military or not.

But, I understand you guys, you have to follow the policies and talking points that your leaders feed you, no matter what.

Are you really expecting that Dems are going to be able to fix everything in a few months, come on now, you were screwing things up for almost 15 yrs now, it will take time to bring everything up to speed in this country. And let's not forget that it is not that big of majority either, Reps still can influence in how this govt works.

But, first things first, Dems have to prove and bring to light all the corruption that is part of Rep. administration, and all of the lies they fed us during the yrs they were in power.

But you keep telling yourself and to us too, how Dems are soft and antimilitary. If you repeat a lie to yourself enough number of times, you might actually start beleiving it's the truth, right!?
The facts speak for themselves!
