No matter how much they try to belittle the crime, it's STILL a crime.
and it's a Federal crime at that! so how does America solve this ENORMOUS problem?

1. Start by making it a FELONY to knowingly hire an Illegal. If the companies violate this law Throw their ### in jail! Don't just slap their wrist, Make them pay!

2. Cut off ALL government benefits period! NO Medicaid, MediCal, Food Stamps etc. If you broke the law to get here then you forfeit your right to receive them!

3. Increase the size of the Border Patrol and INS three fold and let them DO THEIR JOBS!

4. Give local Police Officers the power to Lock they're ### up and deport them when caught.

5. Build a REAL border defense wall to stop them from coming when they please.

If our lousy government would take away the incentive to come here, then they WOULD NOT come!!

America is unwilling. Our Politicians pander for votes from the hispanic community. But the "normal" hispanic community don't want them here either, I guess the "black Jesse Jacksons" are every bit a charlatan than the Black one.

It is already ILLEGAL to "knowingly" hire an illegal. But Congress has made it HARD for a company to verify the documentation given by employees. You can't throw a "company" in jail.

Police already has the "Power", they are bound by law to enforce ALL the laws of their States and the U.S.

I for the life of me can't figure out why our leaders are so spineless when it comes to these criminals from south of the border. These criminals are a drain on this country, our healthcare is overwhelmed because they use ER's as doctors offices when their kids have the sniffles. Police already has the "Power", they are bound by law to enforce ALL the laws of their States and the U.S.

As an ex-police officer i can say that is absolutely not what happens. Unless you have about 100 Illegals to deport the INS won't even bother to process them. You will have no choice but to let them go.
Local police must have support from the INS to enforce Immigration laws.
