Barack Hussein Obama's photo ......the article said he REFUSED TO NOT ONLY PUT HIS HAND ON HIS HEART DURING THE PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE, BUT REFUSED TO SAY THE PLEDGE..... And it was the Communists in Russia and the Nazi's in Germany that required loyalty oaths. Are you suggesting that the candidates perform public loyalty oaths now? Are you going to arrest people at ball games who don't say it, or who botch it up, or who sing the national anthem off-key for forget it? what about all the drunks at games who attempt to say it or mess it up? |

I asked why you are making a big deal out of a mole hill, and that my argument is supported by the Constitution. Your requirement is extra-constitutional (that is, outside the requirements, and could be considered unconstitutional since it isn't expressly mentioned in it or in any amendments.) For one, asking a question is not fallacial argument. You never answered the question, Do you require loyalty oaths? Or is the Pledge of Allegience akin to a feel-good gesture since it isn't required by any law, or used in any swearing in ceremonies? Why are you requiring that a politician say the pledge when it was created by a Socialist in the first place? |
