Apparently the wind don't get strong enough to do that. Because WY has more Rs than it does Ds. It takes a strong constitution to be able to stand the wind.

And long b4 WY came the Northeast. Who designed the constitution.. Those democrats who won all wars.. Because of beliefs in morals. The republican party is nothing but a run off from those who have been defeated. since the civil war.
