Truckers' Trucking Forum/Message Board - The Premiere Truck Driver Forum

Politics Do Not Pass/Pass With Care. Today's truckers are far more educated and cognizant of the issues regarding politics due to the sharp increase in talk radio, and various trucking news media sources. Talk politics. Do truckers like politicians?

That just depends on where you cross. There is a "shallow" on every river.

Speaking of 'shallow,' what are your thoughts, lately?

What kind of crack do you smoke in Canada? Have you left North AMERICA ever in your life? That's like saying someone would rather swim to Europe instead of taking a plane. Speaking of Europe and the rest of the world, you need to TRAVEL.

If that is referring to my comment then you need to reread my comment about traveling.
When you look around google does the news you read reflect you opinion on issues?

What makes you think what you read is what people think?

She's Canadian, she's telling you what she thinks and what those around her think...I'm telling you the same thing...and yes, you can gain a lot of information traveling around reading papers from different countries...can you do it reading one opinion from one paper no...

I have been outside the United States...I lived over seas...but I don't think I'd be as welcome now as I was then...and that goes from Australia to Europe and all places in between...

Sorry, but we didn't fight in Vietnam, either, and are glad to give refuge to people who might have to fight in what WE consider an ILLEGAL war.

I know you hate us for it but that's the way we think.

And I'm not going to respond to a million comments about how Canadians are horrid people blah, blah blah either.

We ALWAYS supported the troops who were fighting in ANY war, we just don't support or agree with the war.

We are a peaceful nation. We don't believe in going to war over false pretenses.

Hate us all you like but most of the rest of the world much prefers us to the USA.

Have a great day!!

P.S. Bet I get a TON of red dots for this one! Heaven forbit disagreeing with the United States!! How horrid!! Pfffft!
Well said! I just wish it wasn't so cold up there!

Fear, Fear...be afraid...be very afraid....yeah right...there's a fairy tale about that isn't there...'Wolf, Wolf'...only in this case it's used to manipulate and deceive...and dismantle the Constitution.
