Truckers' Trucking Forum/Message Board - The Premiere Truck Driver Forum

Politics Do Not Pass/Pass With Care. Today's truckers are far more educated and cognizant of the issues regarding politics due to the sharp increase in talk radio, and various trucking news media sources. Talk politics. Do truckers like politicians?

Hey, how 'bout that budget proposal?

And Nancy told us that it wasnt going to be business as usual anymore.
I cant wait to see some of the details on those 300 earmarks that were added at the last minute and by whom.
Nancy, Nancy, Nancy.

They cut the earmarks by 40% over what the Rethugs had...they wanted 50% but didn't get there...even if it comes out 25% that's a lot of money...but hey...our military budget outspends all the rest of the budget alone...not to mention the lack of investigations of contractor abuses until the Dems came in...get real...

Any body can throw numbers out there and expect the rest of us to believe them. How about some proof.

Notably, page 173 of the labor--HHS--education conference report removes the prohibition, previously passed by the Senate, on funding the "Woodstock Museum" in Bethel, NY--a project that had been championed by Senator Hillary Clinton (D-NY).

Congressional Democrats plan to force a vote on this 3,417-page bill on the evening of December 17--just 24 hours after the bill's release.

Yep, open and honest.......

Show me a post from the past where one of you complained about how they spent the huge budgets while the Rethugs were in control...I'll be surprised if you don't blame it on the Dems...that's what your trying to do now...the Rethugs ignored everything but K street and raking in that loot..
