| They cut the earmarks by 40% over what the Rethugs had...they wanted 50% but didn't get there...even if it comes out 25% that's a lot of money...but hey...our military budget outspends all the rest of the budget alone...not to mention the lack of investigations of contractor abuses until the Dems came in...get real...
