Photo surfaces of Hillary Clinton and Tony Rezko

CHARLESTON, S.C.--A photo has surfaced that shows Hillary and Bill Clinton posing with Chicago developer Tony Rezko, a Barack Obama contributor whom Hillary Clinton condemned as a "slum landlord" supporter of the Illinois senator earlier this week.
Clinton was shown the photo during an interview on NBC's Today Show this morning but told host Matt Lauer she did not remember meeting Rezko.
"No, I don't," Clinton told Lauer. "You know, I probably have taken hundreds of thousands of pictures.
During a presidential debate Monday evening, Clinton blasted Obama for his relationship with Rezko, telling Obama she had fought Republican policies as first lady while "you were practicing law and representing your contributor, Rezko, in his slum landlord business in inner-city Chicago."
The photo is undated but Lauer said NBC News believes it was taken during Bill Clinton's presidency. Lauer noted that Rezko had made a contribution to the Democratic National Committee in March 2000, the last year of the Clinton presidency.
As the leader of the party, President Clinton and the first lady were active fundraisers for the Democratic National Committee during his presidency. They frequently hosted events for signicant contributors and party fundraisers that often included a chance to be photographed with the first couple.
At the time, "soft-money" contributions to the party were not limited in the same way that contributions are to federal political candidates. The Clintons, drew heavily on contributions to the party to support the Clinton re-election campaign and later the Al Gore presidential campaign, just as Republican presidential candidates did with contributions to the GOP.
Lauer asked Clinton “if there's no such thing as ever being able to fully vet who you come in contact with, is it appropriate to make this kind of an attack on your opponent?”
But Clinton responded by pointing to the extensive relationship Rezko forged with Obama.
“There's a big difference between standing somewhere, taking a picture with someone you don't know and haven't seen since, and having a relationship that, you know, the newspapers in Chicago have been exploring,” Clinton said

Obama Communications Director Robert Gibbs said the photo of the Clintons and Rezko "reflects the fact that Mr. Rezko was clearly involved in a wide range of fund raising for both Democrats and Republicans."
For years after Rezko befriended Obama in the early 1990s, he helped bankroll the politician's campaigns. Then, after Obama's election to the U.S. Senate, Rezko engaged him in private financial deals to improve their adjoining South Side properties. Those arrangements became a source of lingering controversy after the Tribune first reported them in November 2006.
Obama publicly apologized for his 2005 property deal with Rezko, calling it "boneheaded" because Rezko was widely reported to be under grand jury investigation at the time. Rezko has since been indicted on corruption charges unrelated to his relationship with Obama and is scheduled to go on trial on Feb. 25.
Obama has given to charities $85,000 in Rezko-linked campaign contributions, including $40,035 last weekend following a published report suggesting that Rezko funneled a $10,000 donation to Obama through a business associate. Aides to Obama say the senator had no knowledge of any such scheme.
Obama has been accused of no wrongdoing involving Rezko and has insisted that he never used his office to benefit Rezko.
Thus far, there is little in the public record to suggest otherwise, and the few exceptions that have come to light appear minor. On Capitol Hill, Obama once gave a summer internship to the son of a Rezko business associate on Rezko's recommendation. Earlier, as a state senator, Obama was one of several South Side political and community leaders who wrote state and city officials urging approval of public funding for a senior housing project involving Rezko.
But when Rezko pushed for passage in Springfield of a major gambling measure, Obama vocally opposed

So what's your point here Ron? Who but a hate-the-Clintons-for-anything pinhead would even care about this?

I guess you don't know the whole story. Hillary and Bill was giving Obama a hard time because this guy contributed to Obama's campaign. We all know the Clinton's have such a prestine history with campaign contributions themsevles, that is if you leave out Wu, the Chinese, this guy, and few dozen other contributors that have been convicted of felonies, including all of their campaign managers since Clinton's years as governor. It's just another example of the hypocricy of the Clinton's.

But your right this wouldn't have been an issue at all with the Clinton's if the guy would have gave them the money.

A lot of people still trying to decide between Obama and Hillary might care a great deal. She runs off at the mouth calling him the lawyer for a nasty slumlord and then turns out she was fine with the guy as long as he came calling with money in his hand. Yea I'd say that could be of great interest. And the Clintons have no one to blame for such a large number of Americans hating them but themselves. Their mouths and actions got them to where they are today. Most honest Americans don't care for them, and there will always be helpless sheep for them to lead.

What is the saying about people who live in glass houses?

When Rezko donates Bill and Hill, he's a supporter.
When Rezko donates to Obama, he's a slumlord.

Sort of like when a professional white guy that acts like he's the president takes advantage of impressionable 23 year old intern, the DIMS considered it a private matter, and try to immortalize the guy as the greatest human being to walk the planet.

But if a black professional lady rises through the ranks as the secretary of state, and doesn't follow the welfare track of the DIMocrat agenda, shes considered an uncle tom that sold out her race.

Lord knows what will happen if Obama has sex with a white girl as President. The DIMS might hang him in the Rose Garden.

That type of hyprocrisy.

An impressionable 23 year old? C'mon Cav, be real here; that gal was a sleazy-easy slut, plain and simple. How humiliating it must have been for the President to get caught with such a dog though.

Who are we talking about again, I find it hard to keep all his cheating straight.

All the President's women

Although Paula Jones's sexual harassment case against the president has collapsed, allegations about Bill Clinton's private life continue to dog his administration. Among the women who have made the headlines are:

Kathleen Willey

Former White House volunteer Kathleen Willey told CBS's 60 Minutes that she was groped by the President when she went to ask advice about her financial difficulties. Ms Willey, 51, said he hugged her, touched her breasts, and put her hand on his aroused genitals.
Mr Clinton denied the accusations, but said he hugged her and may have kissed her on the forehead to console her, but insisted the incident was not sexual.
She gave a deposition in 1993 that the President kissed her and asked for sex while the two were in a room next to the Oval office.

Paula Jones

Mrs Jones is a former Arkansas state clerk who alleged that when Mr Clinton was governor of Arkansas in 1991, she was summoned to his room at the Excelsior Hotel in Little Rock, by a state trooper.
She has said he then dropped then his trousers and, alluding to his genitals, asked her to "kiss it." She claims that she refused his offer and was then told to keep quiet about the incident. She said that she was later demoted at work as a result. Mrs Jones filed a formal complaint against President Clinton in May 1994 alleging sexual harassment and defamation of character but in April 1998, the case was thrown out.
Federal Judge Susan Webber Wright dismissed Paula Jones's case against the president, saying that her lawyers had failed to provide enough evidence to prove it could win at trial.
Monica Lewinsky

This 23-year-old former White House aide is the youngest of the President's women to emerge. Paula Jones's lawyers discovered her after they spoke to a number of his female aides, in the hope of establishing a pattern of sexual behaviour.
Ms Lewinsky was an unpaid intern when it is alleged that the President first took an interest in her. It is claimed the two had an affair which lasted a year and that they had sex in the White House. When Ms Lewinsky first arrived in Washington she worked in the office of the Chief of Staff and later ended up in 1997 as secretary to the Defense Department Spokesman, Kenneth Bacon.
After leaving the White House she worked at the Pentagon. It is reported that she got her latest job at the Revlon Corporation after being recommended to the company by Vernon Jordan, a close friend of Mr Clinton's. Until last year she lived at the Watergate apartment building in Washington - the same building where a break-in more than 20 years ago led to the downfall of President Nixon.
Gennifer Flowers

Ms Flowers is a former nightclub singer who became the focus of attention during Mr Clinton's 1992 election campaign. She alleged at the time that the she had an affair with Bill Clinton for 12 years while he was governor of Arkansas.
She sold tapes of their telephone conversations and said that he offered her a job in local government in exchange for sexual favours. These accusations prompted Mr and Mrs Clinton to admit on national television that they had experienced problems in their marriage.
Hillary Clinton

Mr Clinton's wife has been always been fiercely loyal. When allegations arose about Mr Clinton and Gennifer Flowers in 1992 the couple went on TV to talk about it. This frankness was seen as laudable honesty at the time.
In public she has criticised many of the allegations against her husband as politically motivated slurs. However, behind closed doors the two are reported to have had blazing rows. Mrs Clinton is a high powered lawyer who married Mr Clinton in 1977. They have a 17-year-old daughter, Chelsea, who is studying medicine at Stanford University in California.
Others include:
Elizabeth Ward Gracen, 37 a former Miss America, told the New York Daily News on March 31 1998 that she had had consensual sex with Mr Clinton in 1982. Her statement followed allegations that the President, then Governor of Arkansas, had forced her to have sex with him.
Sally Perdue, a former Miss Arkansas, who has alleged that she had a sexual relationship with Mr Clinton in 1983. She said that the Arkansas state troopers used to escort him to her house and then wait outside while the two were meeting.
Finally Dolly Kyle Browning, an old friend of Mr Clinton's from Arkansas has also said she had an affair with him. She claims he tried to start up another relationship with her in 1994.
