Politics Do Not Pass/Pass With Care. Today's truckers are far more educated and cognizant of the issues regarding politics due to the sharp increase in talk radio, and various trucking news media sources. Talk politics. Do truckers like politicians?

Penn: Hillary Will Mount a Commander-In-Chief Offensive

On a conference call, top strategist Mark Penn just told reporters that in the next two weeks Hillary Clinton will go after Barack Obama on the issue of who is better qualified to be commander-in-chief — and Penn suggested that Clinton would be a better commander of the nation's armed forces than both Obama and John McCain. "She is the only person in this race who is both ready to be commander-in-chief and would end the Iraq war and start to bring troops home within 60 days, compared to both Sen. Obama and Sen. McCain," Penn told reporters.

Later, Penn made it clear that Clinton will push the commander-in-chief issue in coming days. "The Republican nominee has extensive credibility in this area, and the Democrat is going to need to be commander-in-chief," Penn said. Obama has "relatively no experience in national security," Penn continued, an issue that "is going to be reflected in the debates that we have over the next couple of weeks."
UPDATE: Later in the call, the Clinton team was asked whether the not-qualified-to-be-commander-in-chief criticism of Obama was going too far, given that it would be used by Republicans against Obama if Obama is the Democratic nominee against John McCain. "We don't believe that he is the one who will face John McCain," Clinton spokesman Howard Wolfson said. "This is a legitimate question that Sen. Obama would face if he were the nominee, and it is a question that he is facing as a result of criticism from Sen. McCain now, so I think it's perfectly appropriate."

Is anyone else reminded of Iraq's Minister of misInformation when read articles from the HRC camp? Their either in complete denial of what's going on, or they have some kind of secret plan that will steal the nomination from Obama.

A commander n Chief needs a better plan than lets run away from a problem because its a popular idea.
Hillary is scared she wont be exercising her "its my turn" option.
I say if they like her in New York she should plan on staying
But my feeling is she is too power hungry for that

Hillary is obviously suffering from serious mental illness if she thinks that either:
  1. She will win the Democrat Party Nomination
  2. She would beat John McCain if nominated
She might have something up her sleeve however, like being able to bully or bribe the "Super Delegates" into voting for her.

One thing I find funny; is the ability of the Democrat Party Elites to subvert the will of the "people" by changing the outcome of an election. Talk about disenfranchising the electorate.

What's sad is this suggestion is not inconceivable with the Clinton's. In fact the campaign manager for Hillary has suggested this is what they will try to do.

If the Clinton's steal the nomination from Obama through the super delegates we should expect cities to burn. That will cause a race war in this country. In fact at this point if Obama loses the nomination, I'll expect riots in the streets.

Isn't it funny that the Clinton's claim to champion and protect the minority vote, but have suggested they will disenfranchise the will of the people to gain the nomination?

everyone knows Hillary hasn't mounted the commander in chief is about 20 years!!!

Lets face it. She scares the hell out of people, she's an elitist snob and that parts she can't hide and it makes people really uneasy. I'd vote for Obama but if she won I'd vote third party. Actually I take that back, I like Mcain.

I've been reading a lot of blogs from DIMocrats about Hillary and Obama. I'm noticing a lot of DIMocrats attacking the Clinton's about their history of corruption, their history with sex scandals and all the other stuff the Republicans have been pointing out for years. It's interesting that it took this long for the DIMocrats to pull away from the Clinton polical machine.

There's no doubt DIMS are sheep, if they're told to follow the Clinton's, no matter how corrupt the Clinton's are, they will follow the Clinton's. Now they're being told to follow Obama, and there turing against the Clinton's and following Obama. If the party leadership didn't support Obama, these DIMS would still be supporting Hillary. It's just kind of funny how the dims are reacting to this.

It's funny when Bush haters say things like this.

History will be kind to Bush, just like Lincoln. Bush haters are instant gratification type people. If everything isn't perfect in their little World they think everyone else is suffering too. lol

I am not a Bush hater. I voted once for him. I was not fooled the second time.
