Politics Do Not Pass/Pass With Care. Today's truckers are far more educated and cognizant of the issues regarding politics due to the sharp increase in talk radio, and various trucking news media sources. Talk politics. Do truckers like politicians?

How much of that package is going to folks that need it, and how much is going to the investor class?

Very hypocritical.

If Hillary or Obama is elected, you can guarantee that taxes WILL go up to HIGHER rates than they were pre-Bush years, in order to pay for everything they are proposing.....plus all the normal BS "ear-marks" we are paying for today.
Your "lower taxes" have just been redirected into other price increases, service fees, administrative fees, etc. What the state gives in one area, it reclaims it in another.

That stimulus package is just a backdoor banking system bailout. Most people who are in strapped situations aren't going to spend it, they are going to pay off debt. To the banks.

$150 billion is a lot of money to go to the banks, and then also when the banks receive money, they can lend out more - a usually a 7 to 1 ration.

For starters.

"Democrats estimate some 117 million families will receive a check."

It's ultimately going to the banks.

The banks who were deregulated and given incentive to make shady loans, and package them for resale to the securities industry.

Does Bush suck? sure he does! the problem is he was the best of the bunch!!
His saving grace is he is strong on defending this country, BTW it was Clintons era that set us up for 9-11 by letting the terrorists around the world get away with what the did without repercussions.
Truth be told Edwards is probably the most balanced candidate we have but he doesn't have a snowballs chance in he** of getting elected.
People like Clinton,Kerry, and that nut Gore are going to be the downfall of this once GREAT Country.

Very hypocritical.
I can't speak for anyone using the epithet "DIMocrats" (or DIMOCRAPS), but I use the term "moonbat" generically to refer to the far-left democrats and not specifically toward any member of this forum, unlike Muleskinner's use of "local ###### rocket/short bus riders" WAS directed at the members of this forum he disagrees with, particularly the one's that he hasn't gotten away with calling other names.
There is no hypocrisy there.
