Too bad he did not make as much as Harry Reid did on his real estate 'deals'. Then he could have afforded to pay off whoever Reid did to avoid indictment.

And don't forget that this is exactly the type of "work" that gets done every day in the Legislative Branch of Government.

Senators and Congressmen make deals every day: "vote for my bill and I will make sure your constituents get money for their Woodstock Museum"
