you are right, libel is not a crime. It is however a TORT.

there is a useful function - called saving page in most browsers. I do have a copy prior to the comment deletion. It also notes the time and date saved. Plus, I imagine this blogs records could be ordered produced when I decide an action is needed.

But the problem is; you aren't going to do anything except whine and cry about a perceived "wrong", when the truth of the matter is:
  1. you aren't going to do anything
  2. you can't prove I "libeled" you or anyone else
  3. you have to PROVE you were damaged (being embarrassed isn't being damaged)
  4. you could NEVER prove damages
  5. you could ONLY sue me in Michigan
  6. you would lose
  7. I would sue YOU
  8. I would win
Don't believe me?
Try it.
Otherwise SHUTUP.

Additionally, browsers saving web pages saves them as an HTML file, which can be EDITED using a simple TEXT editor, so for evidence, they are worthless.

Hey; when Flying J can't prove "libel" against me, do you think I should fear YOU??

P.S. You can't sue someone because you find their OPINION offensive.
Opinions are PROTECTED Speech, but you claim Ron Paul is a strict Constitutionalist and you KNOW that....
