McCain does have a lot of experience, most of which shows bad judgement. For example, McCain's stop political strategist, Charles Black, has had a 30 year career as a lobbyist for foreign dictators accused of human right violations equal to or worse than Saddam Hussein...

Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos, Mobutu Sese Seko of Zaire, Nigerian Gen. Ibrahim Babangida, Somali President Mohamed Siad Barre, and Angolan guerilla leader Jonas Savimbi--Black received millions from them to put a good face on their politics in Washington. These petty dictators were represented as being "anti-communist", and so "friends" of America. But, then so was Saddam before he ran out of control.

McCain apparently needs to be better informed as to who is advisors really are.

Wow, that's almost word for word from the smear job.

Maybe you could check the facts since Moveon didn't seem to have the time to do it.

Black said in an interview this afternoon that criticism of his lobbying past is not even among the top 20 worst political attacks he's endured over the years, and joked that he's "been trying to figure out some way to get fired so I can take up golf again."

It's a bit difficult to live in a world where dictators and socialist rule over half the countries. Without dealing with them.

Which is what makes the Obama flap seem so silly to me.

I'm of the same opinion as Obama. Although I doubt the end result would be the same. As I live in a black and white world...no grey allowed.

Which sticks me right back into the McCain camp.

This looks like a good place to do a MCCAIN name stands for .......

M is for the Man who lived a Man's life for this country
C is for his Country, put in his time back then and NOW!
C is also for his wife Cindy--he got a winner, all the way around
A is for Arizona, his state, where he is highly revered
I is for Independent thinker with Conservative leanings
N is for the NEXT President of these United States.....

Actually, I got this from the Washington Post, although you are correct, is using Republican style politics to oust Black.

You quote from Black is revealing of Republican attitudes. He works by taking hundreds of thousands of dollars from corrupt homicidal dictators, whom he represents as "good old boys" to Washington congressman. Then, he jokes about the money he made and his hope to get back to the country club. He has not one thought about the pitful citizens terrorized by the mad man dictator whom he paints into a goody two shoes. Or, maybe you don't care either?

When he worked for Marcos, he was considered an ally of the U.S.

Yeah, I care about citizens terrorized by the mad man dictators.

Hence my support for our invasion of Iraq. If you cared about the terrorized citizens, you would support it too.

I guess you don't though do you?

I suppose that if the Dims are going to go back over 20 years and bring up dead folks that McCain knew or supported that makes the Rev I Hate Whitey, attending a madrsa, and all Osama's, oops Obama's past fair game. Alright now we know the rules.

Cindy and her money must be great...he cheated on his first wife with her. thought Repubs despised Adultery and men who married for money..
