Politics Do Not Pass/Pass With Care. Today's truckers are far more educated and cognizant of the issues regarding politics due to the sharp increase in talk radio, and various trucking news media sources. Talk politics. Do truckers like politicians?

The family has their reasons for not pursuing charges.

Something tells me if this was a Republican, you would not be so forgiving.

People go to prison all the time for unintentional vehicular manslaughter.
Who is "slandering" Kennedy? He is a SCUMBAG, that isn't "slander", that is OPINION and opinion by definition is not "slander".
I bet there was a big Kennedy money "pay-off" to her family. That is my opinion as well.

they would have had x-rays or Cat scans prior to operating. Expert surgeons would know healthy brain matter from a tumor.

At 76 and a life full of a vodka and whiskey diet, I sure there wasn't alot of "healthy brain matter". Lucky for Ted the tumor wasn't near his liver.

But, is a pickled brain considered "healthy"? Not to mention, Liberals aren't usually known for having healthy brain matter anyway.
puff, puff, pass....
but; I digress.

That depends how far up his butt the doctors had to go to operate on his brain.

I can see the headlines now.....

Brain surgery on Senator Kennedy goes terribly wrong and he ends up with half a brain as a result.

However, as luck would have it...those close to the Senator couldn't tell any difference whatsoever.

They were quoted as saying...."He's still the same ol Teddy"!!!!!
