| RK, I see the point about being a redundant "Card Carrier" myself. At what point is our Federal Government going to stop these extras that we, as drivers MUST comply with????? Given some of the stuff that is already considered by Homeland Security as being dangerous and capable of being used in a "Terrorist Act"...where will it stop?????? Will the guy driving a cement mixer in DC be considered to be a threat because members of congress could be fitted for "Cement Overshoes" by terrorists????? We ARE talking about the Feds here.....the possibilities ARE truly endless.
