Truckers' Trucking Forum/Message Board - The Premiere Truck Driver Forum

Politics Do Not Pass/Pass With Care. Today's truckers are far more educated and cognizant of the issues regarding politics due to the sharp increase in talk radio, and various trucking news media sources. Talk politics. Do truckers like politicians?

the drilling legislation is a shining example because she knows that it is going to pass with flying colors and in a bipartisan way so instead of putting it to a vote and since it would make obama look bad she instead, is willing to put this country at risk purely for political reasons.

I have said it before, the democrats defeat themselves every time and consistently pull a defeat from the jaws of victory.

Me? I am a long time democrat that prays every election that the party will put someone in the running that I can believe in and then run an honest campaign, but they just don't get it, I am completely turned off by the manipulation and smear campaigns they consistently run, when are they going to figure out that the American people just want honesty and a candidate that will stand firm on his/her convictions, and quit changing their policy based on the latest weekly poll.

your post would have more merit if it wasn't the fact your party has set the record for filibusters. So much for wanting a up or down vote.

Sometimes I do wonder about your cognative ability. Gearjammer says he's a long time Democrat, you are a "Conservative Democrat," why the hate pal? I wouldn't be questioning your mental capacity if you weren't attacking someone who everyone here can logically conclude is in the same political party. Thus making your statement an attack on yourself.

Am I the only one that see it this way?
