Congress to Pass a 'Worthless' Rule

I "see" it as "at least we're doing something". What else can they do? I am open to suggestion.

Senators can quit 'posturing' for a Republican image and STAND UP. (even if its 99:1)

Stop voting for the "lesser evil" (there is none). Vote the Constitution.
If the Constitution doesn't enumerate it and authorize it.... you can't do it.
Spend an ENTIRE session of Congress REPEALING laws not making them.
Start with the Federal Reserve Act.
After that the Patriot Act and get rid of the entire DHS and the Fusion Centers.
The FBI is sufficient.... they can work with empowered States who will keep more of THEIR taxes.
I could go on..... eliminate the tax on Labor, Secure the Borders, outlaw Internal checkpoints etc, etc.

If they would stand up... they could take the Majority back... I guarantee the People are ripe.

Stop acquiescing to the 'Powers' that
  • intimidate their re-election,
  • coerce with "I'll vote (or withhold) for yours if you reciprocate"
  • or take flatout bribes of campaign $$$ or seats on 'Power' committees
They (both sides) have USED this ramrod approach to legislation
(aka The Patriot Act, The Bailout, The Cap and Trade house bill, and soon coming Healthcare Act, etc. etc.)
The Truth: It's a useful tool against check and balance. It is VERY expedient for secrecy... obscuring until its 'too late'.

Gary Johnson

Meet Gary Johnson
Republican.

Twice elected, Former Governor of New Mexico.
Not AFRAID of Political fallout AND was re-elected anyway.
Actually USED veto power of his office against
Politically Popular but Unconstitutional State bills.
Actually BALANCED his State budget, Vetoed Tax increases and Reduced State Government size and payroll.
..... and this during the BOOM years when money and credit flowed like water.
New Mexico is 2/3 Democrat..... who wanted LEADERSHIP and COURAGE.

Alliances and Centralization

Let's just put these three together..... it makes a lot more sense that way.

Interpol and U.N. Back ‘Global Policing Doctrine’

October 13th, 2009
Via: [LINK POSTED BY MEMBER] Only Members Can View This Truck Forum Link. :

Interpol and the United Nations are poised to become partners in fighting crime
by jointly grooming a global police force.

On Monday, justice and foreign ministers from more than 60 countries,
including the United States and China, are gathering in Singapore for a meeting hosted
by the two international organizations to debate the global police issue and to craft a declaration
that would lead to an action plan for international police peacekeeping within 12 months.

It is the first step toward creating what Interpol calls a “global policing doctrine”.
that would enable Interpol and the United Nations to improve the skills of police peacekeepers,
largely by sharing a secure communications network and a vast electronic trove of .....information...

The number of police officers within the total force of
95,400 peacekeepers has more than doubled from about 6,000 to 12,200 in 17 countries.

Women, in particular, are being recruited, with a goal of reaching 20 percent
of the U.N. force and the development of all-female units like the group of 140 peacekeepers
from Bangladesh that is about to be deployed.

---------------------------------------------------------

FBI Building “Multi-Modal Biometrics” Database

October 13th, 2009
Via: [LINK POSTED BY MEMBER] Only Members Can View This Truck Forum Link. :

The Federal Bureau of Investigation is expanding beyond its traditional fingerprint-focused collection practices
to develop a new biometrics system that will include DNA records, 3-D facial imaging, palm prints and voice scans,
blended to create what’s known as “multi-modal biometrics.”

“The FBI today is announcing a rapid DNA initiative,”

The plan is to share this data with authorized U.S. and international investigative partners.

The FBI’s current IAFIS database remains a workhouse; it processes about 200,000 daily transactions
from its 370 million 10-fingerprint records, and it just crossed the 250 million transaction mark.

The goal is to drop from a roughly two-hour response time for IAFIS urgent requests to less than 10 minutes.

----------------------------------------------------------

Scans Of Eyes, Fingerprints Help Army Find Insurgents

October 4, 2009
Via: [LINK POSTED BY MEMBER] Only Members Can View This Truck Forum Link.

The Army and Marines have fielded more than 4,000 Polaroid camera-sized biometric detection devices
that scan, track and identify potential terrorists in Iraq and Afghanistan.

The devices connect to a remote Defense Department database called the Automated Biometric Information System,
which gathers identification data from U.S. and coalition partners.

U.S. troops have ordered Iraqi men, women and children out of their villages
and recorded their fingerprints and iris images before letting them return.

"It is vital to be able to ensure that if you do detain or hold somebody - whether it is a raid or checkpoint -
that you start to develop a database. It is absolutely vital."

-------------------------------------------------------------

They'll only use this to fight "the bad guys". Right?
Define Bad Guys.

Ok... I will.
Anybody that opposed Hitler.

Our answer as a nation? Simple. No Alliances. No Intervention.
Do NOT Centralize.
Do NOT Participate.

SELF defense.... as a Nation... and all the way down to You and your Neighbor.

Do NOT trade Security for Liberty......
the "benefits"...
will NEVER offset the LOSSES.

Cheers.
G.

Good.

Clinton Unable to Sway Counterpart

Good for Russia.
China is not budging either.

Blockades and Sanctions are an Act of War.
look at your history books.

Iran is a Sovereign Nation defying the NWO.
yet [LINK POSTED BY MEMBER] Only Members Can View This Truck Forum Link. ... which Israel continues to defy.
America winks at their non-compliance with a "don't ask don't tell" policy.

Good for Israel... LET them NOT cooperate. I'm all for their Sovereignty as well.
It is however, a GLARING double standard... and everybody knows it.

The coming Global Government is a bully. A tyrant. God help "free" people everywhere.
Iran is a key strategic piece toward the intended
Global [LINK POSTED BY MEMBER] Only Members Can View This Truck Forum Link. of the Middle East.... to subjugate; dominate;
control through obligation and finance; that has worked so well in Latin America.
We've talked about [LINK POSTED BY MEMBER] Only Members Can View This Truck Forum Link. . Sovereignty of Nations are diluted and co-opted through debt.

Ahmadinejad is a blowhard; a thug; a tyrant... So what.
Cutting gasoline supplies is an act of war against the people of Iran.

It will HARDEN their resolve against being bullied and probably cause them
to coalesce around their tyrant leader....
exactly the reactions causing the growth of the Taliban in Afghanistan.

We overthrew the Taliban government in 2001 with less than 10,000 American troops.

Ask yourself this question:
Why does it now seem that the more troops we send, the worse things get?
The Soviets bankrupted themselves in Afghanistan with troop levels of 100,000.
The answer is a growing resolve against occupation, plain and simple.

No matter how the government or media would like to spin it.

RESOLVE

Iran's hardened resolve from crippling sanctions
will likely result in throwing the IAEA out on their ear.
Precisely the "excuse" the bully needs.
You remember the bullies in grade school..... don't ya?
They ALWAYS created an excuse... somehow you deserved the beating you were going to get.
This is a sick strategy being played out with lethal consequences and they could care less.

They want ALL sovereign nations (including ours) to bow the knee, embrace Global Government controls upon their
government, banking systems, environment; natural and human resources ... & God knows what else
and are using America's tax dollars and military to impose their will.... WHEREVER there is resistance.

Left alone.... the People and Nation of Iran would probably get rid of
Ahmadinejad all by [LINK POSTED BY MEMBER] Only Members Can View This Truck Forum Link. .

FIGHT the New World Order.... every Nation.... every People.... every Tribe.

Swine Flu non-vaccine treatment

Thought I would post this for anyone currently (or later)
exposed or suffering with Swine Flu...

---------------------------------------------------

I have the flu..... maybe swine?
Posted October 13th, 2009 by bad_karma

Sore throat, high fever, and bad cough.. No vomiting, just feel lousy.
Have had this since Sunday morning.
My son has had it since Saturday morning.
Taking vitamin c and vitamin d3.. back hurts from coughing..
taking motrin to keep fever down has been as high as 103.2..
stomach has not been upset. anyone else had the flu recently?
Echelon says:

That's what you get for not taking the vaccine. Pelosi says you're a Nazi; I agree.

To fight the illness, take large doses of vitamin C,
and regular doses of l-lysine
and SSKI (saturated solution potassium iodide).

To fight the fever, take regular Tylenol,
but as one poster here correctly stated, you don't want to completely eliminate fever –
just to keep it below dangerous levels.

Vitamin C boosts the immune system,
l-lysine keeps the virus from replicating
and SSKI kills a great many pathogens (bacterial, viral, molds and parasites).

I have been exposed to 4 people very sick with swine flu for several hours at a time –
no problems here. Those to whom I've been exposed have consistently described
the usual flu symptoms, along with bad headaches, nausea, unusual tiredness
and unusually-high fever.

Stop the Warfare/Welfare State
Stop Centralizing Power
I agree with you 100%. BUT (of course one as humble as I would have a caveat, so to apeak),

As with ANY problem, everything cannot be fixed at once. I was thinking more along the lines of 1 thing, THE ROOT cause, focus on that and everything else will fall in line.

What do I see as "root cause"? Tenure, if you will.

Quote:
Nothing so strongly impels a man to regard the interest of his constituents, as the certainty of returning to the general mass of the people, from whence he was taken, where he must participate in their burdens.
George Mason, speech in the Virginia Ratifying Convention, June 14, 1778

And to an extent (which is a pet peave I have)

Quote:
No people will tamely surrender their Liberties, nor can any be easily subdued, when knowledge is diffused and Virtue is preserved. On the Contrary, when People are universally ignorant, and debauched in their Manners, they will sink under their own weight without the Aid of foreign Invaders.
Samuel Adams, letter to James Warren, November 4, 1775
The latter being "my" personal undertaking. But being the realist I am I do recognize and accept "Natural Law"
To apply TRUE KNOWLEDGE is the only lastingly effective way to "fix" any problem.
The problem with knowledge is MISapplication. The problem with Life it it is real. The reality of Truth is it is constant.
Quote:
In the supposed state of nature, all men are equally bound by the laws of nature, or to speak more properly, the laws of the Creator.
Samuel Adams, letter to the Legislature of Massachusetts, January 17, 1794

Natural Law; A dynamic cannot be stopped or have an abrupt change in direction without catastrophic results.
A dynamic cannot be successfully "controlled", it can only be "influenced" with the application of TRUE KNOWLEDGE which will "minimze the degree of catastrophe." Or "influenced by evil" to attempt to "take advantage of" which will fail,i.e. catastrphe.
When havoc is created, chaos ensues, catatrophe is inevitable. That is "the Natural order of things", it cannot be avoided, BUT with the application of True Knowledge it can be minimized.
Educating as to "why we are" Heritage and Tradition is The Truth...
Our Heritage, "The Declaration of Independence".
"The Strength of Independence"
Our Tradition, "The value of The Individual",
"all men are Created equal"
Without those two "principles" as a foundation there would be NO Constitution as we know it.
In "nature", plant seeds, fruit is harvested. No ifs, ands or buts. The seeds of Heritage and Tradition will bear the fruit of Freedom and Liberty...for ALL, not just a select few in DC.

Ok... if I had to pick... just ONE (that's tough... "tenure" is a good one )

I'd pick the Tenth Amendment.... restoring its intent and enforcing it.
It wouldn't matter how "long" Congress held office.... if their powers were dismantled
and rightfully restored back to the States, they could stay there as long as they liked....
and debate over the Post Office. (heh heh) Lobbyists would have to find another job.

Gold pulls back...

Gold pulls back.... Dollar "strengthened"....
Long term?
Not a chance (imo).... a buy opportunity will present itself..
Read [LINK POSTED BY MEMBER] Only Members Can View This Truck Forum Link. .
“We can no longer stop the big wave of dollar weakness,” said Uno,
who correctly predicted the dollar would fall under 100 yen
and the Dow Jones Industrial Average would sink below 7,000
after the bankruptcy of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. last year.
If the U.S. currency breaks through record levels,
“there will be no downside limit, and even coordinated intervention
won’t work,” he said.
----------------------------------------------

Gold is finally pulling back to consolidate the recent move.
Here are the short term Fibonacci retracement levels
for just the breakout move over the last several days.
Keep in mind the previous all time high at $1032
now becomes a support as well.
