Politics Do Not Pass/Pass With Care. Today's truckers are far more educated and cognizant of the issues regarding politics due to the sharp increase in talk radio, and various trucking news media sources. Talk politics. Do truckers like politicians?

Look, I'll agree that this guy seems somewhat shrill and some of this IS way out in the weeds, but you gotta admit he does raise some interesting points.
Food for thought...

Well, of what I read, I see one big mistake.

The $700 billion is a total, not an amount to be replenished time and time again.
I.E. $700 billion now
$700 billion in November
$700 billion in January

It's only one check for $700 billion.

i wonder how much it would cost if we actually used that $700 billion and put it directly to the people with these outstanding mortgages?

i wonder how much debt is actually out there, as opposed to giving the money to the same people who screwed it up in the first place and letting them get off with their million dollar salaries

as these working lemmings support their own fleecing, i dont understand that one
Oh, that is precious! How has or will the mortgage mess and the governments response to it caused you any "loss of liberty"?

Total government control? control of what exactly?
You me and every other tax payer for generations to come.
This is just one more step toward socialism...whether you admit it or not. When "markets" are controlled from a central location i.e. Gov't, it is socialism.
This had been going on for generations and will continue.
Incremental control. This is not going to stop here.

Nazi pelozi and her henchmen thought they could do it with the "oil crisis"...LOL! They don't need to now, they have "our" money (that doesn't really exist) to bail out not only the financial institutions, but keep people in houses they knew they couldn't afford to start with.
Good Lord....this is only going to get worse folks.
The changes I have seen in my cognative years (15-60) is sad....sad...sad.
