Biden's history as a cheater in college, and a liar should be enough to disqualify him from any serious consideration.... this other stuff is just icing on the cake.

Joe Biden is not called the "gaffe-o-matic" for no reason.

Obama in picking Biden was hoping to gain some kind of creditability and experience he desperately needs in his camp.... while McCain decided to showcase the future of America.

I will be happy to put Palin against any democrat, especially Biden. Palin has more creditability in her little finger then Obama and Biden has together.

From what I've seen she has never changed her story... in fact Palin did an excellent job in showing transparency in this incident. There is no changing of the story because it is completely out in the open.

The trooper is a danger to the citizens of Alaska, and her family. His actions were on the record and investigated.... why he is still a trooper is beyond me. She did the right thing inquring about the employemnt of this abusive, alcoholic trooper. She is the governor of the State.... she had every right to try and influence the director in the firing this guy.

Now... let's get the recrod stright... The director himself said... NO ONE asked him to fire anybody.... EVER. But... Palin as Governor seen that this director was unable to do his job to her satisfaction in the DPS. She is governor... and she has every right to make that determination. She offered him another position outside the DPS.... and he refused to take it... so she let him go. That was his decision to make... so she really didn't fire him at all.

If this 1 issue is the only thing dems have to harp on Palin about... then it's pretty weak. I think that's what scares the dems more then anything... she's real America... she has a real family... with real problems that real Americans have. When America looks at Palin they see themselves. When America looks at Obama... they seee a wannabe, who's easily impressed by elite Hollywood types, and custom designed jets.

I reckon Biden needs a history book and McCain needs a Globe.
