Personally I think the majority of our nation is to cowardly to take such a radical step as a civil war. You have to be willing to lose everything to take those steps and most just are not willing to risk their little cocoon of imagined safety.

Joe Lieberman is a nice guy, and should be applauded for supporting John McCain. That said, the Republicans need to tell Joe "thanks but no thanks". The conservatives need to stop trying to build coalitions with moderates, they need to stick to core conservative principles that they have seem to have forgotten over the past few years. Joe Lieberman won't stop the Dem's and won't help the Repub's. Time for Republicans to start rebranding as true conservatives. There is not better time to do it than right now.

LIEberman Should join the Repubs.
He is nothing but convaluted and confused. You know why he hasn't joined them? Because they only want him when he comes in handy. Like to bash a Dem or campaign for one of their boys. Now he wants to cry because he might lose his chair position? They should boot his ##### right out of there. Campaigning against your Own party will win you few friends. Now he's in a no man's land where nobody wants him and getting what he deserves.
Even Zell Miller was smart enough to wait until retirement to stab his party in the back.

For a few more months this is America, where I have an opinion and support the right under the first amendment for other folks to have an opinion even if its wrong.

When barry and crew get down further trashing the USA constitution and instituting the unfairness doctrine we may no longer have that right.

What is going to get barry into trouble fast and start a civil war is when he over reaches and tries to take away more civil liberties.
