Politics Do Not Pass/Pass With Care. Today's truckers are far more educated and cognizant of the issues regarding politics due to the sharp increase in talk radio, and various trucking news media sources. Talk politics. Do truckers like politicians?

I DOUBT that the Marines were "ordered" to show respect. They showed respect because they were Marines.

Pamela Anderson - depends on whether they have taste or not, because she's not that hot. I can think of much better chicks that would get the guys out of their seats than her.

I have voted Republican since 1984 when I turned 18. So that is a nice try. BUT, you will never see me talking about the President like that. Why not? Because I respect our country and the way we elect our leaders. I will always stand up for the system. Why, because like or not, it is ours.

What I do not like is racism. In any form. I am from a German family and have been brought up to respect everybody as the Children of God. A man should not be judged by the color of his skin, or by the deeds (or mis-deeds) of their parents. Hopefully I will be judged by my own actions and my own walk while I am here.

I am a American of German blood, should I have to pay for the mistakes of Hitler?
I do not beleive so. My great-grandfather fought in WWI for the USA and against cousins from Germany. My grandfather and uncles fought in WWII. I lost a uncle in Nam. A lot of family blood was shed for this Country. I am from a family of immigrants. I went to school with immigrants from Asia, Latin America, Middle East, and Europe. There were also a fair share of Native Americans along with Blacks, and us whities. We all had an almost equal share of the pie. My best friends were the children of immigrants and a black hockey player. My girlfriend's family was from Thailand. Being a racist in my school would have really hurt your chances of ever getting a date.

What does Obama mean to me. Other then the cycle of power continues (Dems-Reps-Dems-Reps...)....he is a person of color and breaks the barrier that still exists in the country. Like or not, racsim is still a serious problem here. Look no futher then the CB radio to hear it. I don't argue about it there, I just turn it off. Funny thing is, you hear it on the radio but never in the fuel line. Why is that? Chicken turds maybe?

Want to laugh... I hear someone talking poo poo about the Mexican guy having a problem trying to get his fuel ticket. When I move forward to help in Spanish, the turd talker never has anything else to say.

What I do not like is this. I am trying to figure out if your position is political or is it racial. The more you post, the more I question your motive. The other question I have is...why do this on a trucker forum?

I think, in the interest of National Security, somebody needs to keep track of you. I am scared that you may decide to take action and try and pull a Dick Simon.

Don't do it driver!

This is "The Political" forum on a Truckers message board. My question to you driver is; "why not"?

A lot of what you say here I agree with you Hyper, BUT this has nothing to do with race. This man is a Communist. Do you think that it would be right if Hitler had became president of the US, that we needed to respect, follow and worship him? NO He was, as also is Obama, a Tyrant. the future will show this in my utmost beliefs. the man is Anti American and Communist to the core!

If you do not support their mission, you don't support THEM.

Hyper, your little "You said something against the 'One", so I hope the feds get you" post is very telling. very wahwah-ish.

B. Hussein was elected because of his race, not in spite of it. Disliking him is not racist, contrary to what you've been programmed to believe. His being "elected" was not proof that our system works. It is more proof that our system can be manipulated. It also proves that, with the right spin, many people can be trusted to prove their ignorance (read; stupidity) to what's really happening.

He didn't break the barrier, he just found a way to snow people into following him like lemmings. Funny how everyone concentrates on his being black and completely ignoring the fact that he's half white. He's also never suffered anywhere near the crap that his voters have, yet they flock to him like he's the new messiah. He's a fraud and you clowns will soon find that out. Too bad you've dragged the rest of the country with you.

No wonder they call the TV the idiot-box. The voters proved that.

step away from the keyboard....A tyrant??? what has he done that makes you think he will be a tyrant? the man isn't even in office yet. calling him a Communist means nothing as repubs always use that term against anyone who differs in their views from the GOP.No one is worshiping anyone..just another tactic used by repubs. If you believe half of what you just typed then take off the tinfoil hat and seek help.NOW!!!!
