JFK-Wasn't Joe Jr. so a major disappointment to Joe Sr.

Truman-Stopped Patton and MacArthur from their plan to rid the world of communism while the Russians were the most vulnerable...paid for it dearly in the Korean conflict.

I agree Ron, Truman should have let MacArthur be MacArthur and let him beat some Commie butt, but Truman thought he knew better and instead paid for it dearly with the Korean war.

Well, that's your opinion Smurf and by golly I'll argue till I'm blue in the face to defend your right to express it. (get it? smurf --- blue in the face? As for Truman, at the time he served there was great public opinion that he was a lousy president and it's only been time that has proved him a good one.
