Given the fact that congress gave Obama and Geithner permission to help themselves to 90% of AIG officer's earnings and that they also gave the Powers That Be the authority to decide if a business is viable or not. The following scenario will be coming our way.....sooner than we think...


Obama bureaucrat: Mr. Smith the reason why we're here today is to discuss your illegal business practices...

Obama bureaucrat: First off you have no employees......

Mr. Smith: I am a small business owner. I run the business out of the house with my wife.

Obama bureaucrat: Our records indicate that you have no minority employees to include no undocumented workers.... who could do the work that Americans refuse to do. You need to hire at least two minority employees preferably those who are undocumented...they make better workers...that's a fact...Americans are lazy...we have studies from Berkeley that prove that fact....

Mr. Smith: But I can't afford to hire more people...this is a small business, my business.

Obama bureaucrat: You need to understand Mr. Smith....This is not
your business. You work at the pleasure of his excellency....you must obey his will. You will hire two undocumented workers. You will pay them a reasonable salary, say $60K a year plus, 5 weeks vacation, health benefits for them and their families; and a retirement package comparable to what a public servant such as I will make...say, $100K a year for life would be fair.

Mr. Smith: But I only gross $150K a year and I have to pay for my own benefits and retirement.

Obama bureaucrat: $150K a year??? That's obscene....you should be ashamed of yourself Mr. Smith...you are greedy. Do you realize that your greed is causing others to suffer at your hand???? By the way Mr. Smith, your house...it's much too large for you and your wife to live in. We can place say 5 or 6 undocumented worker families in this house quite comfortably. How does relocating to say South Central or Pomona sound to you? After all, we need to be fair Mr. Smith....Just because you built a business and bought your house doesn't makes it yours to keep.
This is the "New" America Mr. Smith.....it's all about the "CHANGE"....

And that needs to be remedied ASAP.....We don't want government to own businesses....does AmTrak ring a bell?....what about the "efficiency" of the USPS?



As a small business owner I do not want government to dictate

• Who I shall hire or fire
• How much to pay...What if one of my employees works harder than another and I choose to reward his hard work by compensating that worker over another who just "draws a paycheck"? Government regs would require me to pay on an equal level despite experience, despite performance...hence, the "efficient" government worker....
• To determine whether or not my business is worthy of contracts based on the color of my skin or what type of plumbing I have between my legs

Government has over-compensated (as in awarding contract based on a MBE or WBE status and not based on contractual performance and recommendations by current or former clients), and over-complicated the process of business and employment that it does make it necessary to hire more bureaucrats on their end, and more lawyers on business's end to conduct business in this country...and we complained about the $500 toilet seats....could that be the result of inane and wasteful government bureaucracy?....

Yes, some regulation is necessary but, if you are to believe Smith, and Smith's rudimentses have been around quite a bit longer than the Economic Expert team of Geithner and Obama, than a Laissez-Faire approach and practice must be in place for business to succeed.

Otherwise as outlandish as my prediction would seem.....We now don't have "Terrorist Attacks"....they are now known as "Human Caused Disasters" .....
