| Ok 6......good points.....Except for the "Planned Poverty" ie "Projects".....That was a concept started under Title VII by Johnson and his "Great Society"... Let's not forget that poverty is not a modern malady, nor is it an exclusively an American circumstance..... There were slums in Renaissance era London, and there were slums in ancient Rome and Greece..... Any place where is money earned...there will be poor who will beg for Alms.....
