Politics Do Not Pass/Pass With Care. Today's truckers are far more educated and cognizant of the issues regarding politics due to the sharp increase in talk radio, and various trucking news media sources. Talk politics. Do truckers like politicians?

I would address the problem this way:
I would invite my neighbor over for a Bar-B-Q of fresh beef.

As the Statist is building a culture of conformity and dependency, where the ideal citizen takes on drone-like qualities in service to the state, the individual must be drained of uniqueness and self-worth and deterred from independent thought or behavior. This is acheived through varying methods of economic punishment and political suppression.

you buy some invisible dog fencing and give the kids 'friendship bracelets'....

either way.. all the laws for the illegals are on the books. its getting the government to enforce the laws as written and not submit to the lobbyist groups from big business who wants cheap labor and the groups who represent the illegals.

I have a 3 step process for illegal immigrants.

1st time caught: Immediate shipment back to country of origin. Bill the government of that country for collection of criminal and the costs of shipping them back.

2nd time caught: 1 year hard labor in prison, followed by repeat of step one.

3rd time caught: Marched to nearest wall and shot in head. Bill the government of that country for collection of criminal, the cost of the bullet, and cost of shipping body back to country of origin.

3 similar steps to be used on those that knowingly hire illegal immigrants.

1st time: Seizure of all business and/or private assets to be sold at public auction.

2nd time: 1 year hard labor in prison. Followed by step one.

3rd time: Marched to nearest wall and shot in head.

Harsh? Yup. But I bet it would cause a near immediate cease of illegals crossing the border.

Maybe we should start with the employers 1st, then if that don't work move on to the illegals immigrants.

Or is it better to merely make the federal damn government enforce the existing laws concerning illegal immigration?

well 11 million plus of these cows and more coming every day and they not only pole vault they climb and tunnel and swim and how you gonna build a fence in the gulf etc.....
And there is not near enough hands to round them up

Now maybe if anyone who employed them faced large fines and we took the advantage out of hiring them and there jobs dried up then everyone would ##### about the cost of produce
