Yup this is change we call all believe in.. I wounder about the people Obla-bla said he would protect from these types of expenses.. I wounder if the final bill would require the rich, to pay for the health coverage for those who can't afford it so they don't have to pay the fines.

Exactly what happened to freedom of choice?

And what are they going to do if people refuse to pay the fine?

I for one would refuse to pay the fine and tell them to throw me in jail and

provide my health care and 3 hots and cot… I’m willing to bet that will cost

more than a $1000.00.

My guess is this is un-Constitutional, like that matters anymore.

Where in the Constitution does it state specifically that there can be no fines for health care insurance avoidance????

I also doubt the blow hard claim that someone made that they would go to jail rather then pay the fine.

A better question would be; where in the Constitution does it give the Government the Authority to FORCE people to get Health Care Insurance?

FYI...The Constitution was written to establish RULES for the gov't to ABIDE by...health care was NOT a part of the document (inert piece of paper)...federal ELECTED representatives, up to and including (we even have video of THIS one doing it the second time) the President swear in the affirmative to PROTECT,DEFEND AND PRESERVE. What part of that don't America haters understand?

Not that I am for any plan that puts a 1,000,000,000.00 into a broken system

But lets think about this one. The reason heath care is so expensive is, free loaders with out insurances go to the ER were every thing is much more expensive then the doctors office. Then never Pay for it. why is taking 1,000 from there tax return or making them pay a fine of 1,000 a bad idea when they don’t pay taxes to begin with.
