all triggers designed to make you flee to the safety of your respective parties and start sand-bagging against the onslaught...

all a device to keep you from talking with the "enemy" and coming to the simple conclusion...

we neither need radicals nor endless reams of law...

our current financial crisis...? used to be covered under fraud and people were treated to 20 years at hard labor or a rope around their necks...

now we have bail-outs and regulations with loop-holes and talks of more regulations for credit-default-swaps...

bush tossed in the first 750 billion and obama the next 2 trillion ???

logically neither is the solution but both are the problem and issue...

(bush is a nazi bush is a nazi) + (obama is a nazi obama is a nazi) = no change... money out the door and gone...

(democrats + republicans) in the streets = money still in the treasury and bankers and lawyers in jail and politicians afraid they are next.

that is the only real change we have ever needed...

protecting and defending the constitution means protecting and defending the people of the united states. QED

It's only lost on the ones who refuse to see. What was ACORN's motive for training their employees to show folks how to skirt the laws and avoid paying taxes? I know some law makers who have skirted paying their taxes too. I'd say the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. As far as jailing the criminals? What makes you think the process isn't in the works? They can't just arrest them, they have to go through the paperwork process in order to take any legal action against them.

If they went to several different offices and they were advised on how to avoid paying taxes, this tells me those telling them this, have been trained to do so, which means it could be much more wide-spread than we already think. Or are you implying that ACORN only hires those who are intelligence-challenged? Those types do seem to be more pliable when they hire them.

If they do much more good than bad in the community, then they should've been keeping an eye out for something like this. When one is hired on as a "tax specialist", this person is most definitely a reflection on the organization as a whole.

These offices gave them basically the same advice, which would indicate that this is a common practice and is taught from the higher ups.

But it is nice to know that a prostitute and her pimp can achieve the American dream by buying a house with some help and advice from those who know how to work the system in the matter.////

If I'd been in charge of ACORN, I would have produced those "police reports" as proof. One can say the police were called, but saying it and it actually having occurred can be two different things.

Where are those police reports? Yes, I'm skeptical enough to want to see them. The proof is in the pudding.

You cannot say with any confidence that they were ALL turned in. I'd say the obvious ones were seen for what they were, but how many semi-legitimate ones slipped passed them unnoticed is anybody's guess. In other words the mickey mouse ones were caught, while the John Doe ones got passed their scrutiny and voted, possibly multiple times.

Yes Obama was winning and he did credit ACORN in helping with that in a big way. Are you going to deny Obama was a lawyer that represented ACORN? ACORN and the SEIU make the MAFIA look LEGIT WHEN THE MAFIA WAS RUNNING THE TEAMSTERS UNDER HOFFA. If you watched Beck tonight you could have seen that the SEIU and ACORN are tied together tighter than the Mafia was into the IBT and that is SAYING SOMETHING. Put it to you this way ACORN does not put out a Press release without the SEIU knowing about it. I wondered why when the SEIU was protesting my dads Nursing home that ACORN was there harrasing the Family Members.

I think if it comes down to needing a bomb shelter, maybe I'll just stay outside and finish my bus restoration, and then take my wife and daughter on a camping and fishing trip. Just so I won't be sorry.

By the way, here's a little counterpoint to the claims that ACORN caused the mortgage meltdown and the financial crisis all by themselves, just something I found while looking for some facts and REASON...so I wouldn't have to be so afraid of everything, and waste all my time hating and blaming other people and organizations I don't belong to or support, just in case God wants me to spend my time and energy loving people more than I love my money, and caring for others, or something stupid like that.
