Nope called Obama learned from the BEST. Here in IL Speaker Madigan is threatening to Derail so to speak part of the Stimulas cash for HSR due to the fact DA IDIOT IN CHIEF MADIGAN DOES NOT WANT TRAINS TO RUN 3 BLOCKS FROM HIS OFFICE. Why Because he can not get anywork done LIKE HE DOES ANYWAY. Mike Madigan is throwing away 800 Million in Federal cash plus UP which owns the line was kicking in 300 Million on their won to raise the Speed to 110 Mph for Passenger Trains and double track the entire LINE and create 1000's of High Paying UNION JOBS. But since none of them would be STATE UNION JOBS MADIGAN DOES NOT WANT THEM CREATED Nice huh typical Chiacgo Politican.
