The first tower that fell did start to fall sideways, just before the top part that had broken off started to tip over toward the crowd it somehow turned to dust in mid-air.. Weird, huh?

They will fall sideways if the floors below are not collapsing to bring the weight down quickly enough, if sideways is the path of least resistance they will topple, it's simple physics.

But WTC 1 and 2 collapsed from the UPPER FLOORS down onto the floors below. WTC 7 collapsed in progression from one end, to the other as illistrated in the above image.

But how does that explain it falling at free fall speed without any resistance from below?
