I Hope your joking because if you are not it shows a degree of ignorance that is beyond the pale. Canada has been fighting in Afghanistan since the very begining of that war and we have taken more killed and wounded porportionaly than anyone else there. Don't forget that it's a NATO action and Canada has done more than it's share.

"The world's policeman my a--. The USA is just like any other country and their foreign policy is to protect American interests or further them. The problem has been the misidentifying of American interests.
Vietnam, Not recognized as the Vietnamese people's attempt to rid the country of colonial control. America believed it was part of a worldwide communist plan to take over the world. If it had been such it would have been a justified war.
Chile: American economic interests were threatened by a far left wing elected government so the USA helps a military dictatorship take over.
Iran, USA supports the Shaw and his henchmen in the mistaken belief that this will protect American interests even though the Iranians hated the Shaw and would support anyone who would get rid of him.

In the days of the British colonial empire they were involved constantly in conflict all over the world. Never would they have said they were the World's policeman. They were protecting British interests and they were not either afraid or ashamed to say so.
"The world's policeman",get a grip on reality.

You Canadians talk tough behind the cloak of American military strength.

So it's a NATO action that canada is involved in when it's convenient and all the US's fault when you're in normal bash mode. Ok, whatever.

What about the building that collapsed in its footprint that wasn't hit by an airplane?

Wrong. According to George Bush's presidential library website it was indeed given on September 11th 1990.

How do you complete the mission when no one knows what the mission is!

I bet you believe in the easter bunny too.

There is no "Al Queda" even if fox news shows you a bunch of rag-heads climbing monkey bars on a video taped loop, that isn't proof a centralized terror organization exists.

Al Queda literally means "the toilet" in Arabic. Curious they should pick that as their moniker.

Why would the Paki's be on the side of the Great Satan? Paki's are Muslims and so are the Taliban. Duh.

You didn't win Vietnam and you wont win Afghanistan either. Both had no goals beside abstract political theories and both will end up the same way a gigantic waste of human lives for absolutely nothing.

Well you really should not care what the world says. If it's in the interests of the USA to take action well so be it. On the other hand if it's not in the interests of the country avoid it like the plague.
