Politics Do Not Pass/Pass With Care. Today's truckers are far more educated and cognizant of the issues regarding politics due to the sharp increase in talk radio, and various trucking news media sources. Talk politics. Do truckers like politicians?

The Government Will Choose Your Treatment

This is the talking points training manual the Congressional Progressive Caucus Foundation published and distributed to their supporters of socialist medicine. The very bottom of one of the graphic posted warrants more attention because of who wrote this book.

“Helping your doctor choose the most effective treatment for you”?

Didn't Hitler have something like that?

This wasn’t just written by a fringe group. It was published by the very same people writing the legislation the Congress won’t read before voting on.

Darn, this is a fine time to have to learn a second language. Is there a book out there for secret code words for dummies?

"Helping your Dr chose the most effective treatment for you."

Surely by this you mean: Finding the most cost effective, profitable treatment for the insurance company.

You should do a google search about people dying because insurance companies diddn't want to take the financial blow to their bottom line and pay for services that diddn't meet "their terms". There are more than a few of them who were children.

While I don't nescessarily agree with universal health care get something for free system, I do believe that insurance companies should be tightly regulated. We are paying them for a service, and they need to provide said service without any if's, and's, or but's.

What these insurance companies have been doing are both unmoral and unethical. They need to be revised. I don't want to say the word regulated because we all know the first thing to come to mind by that is more government control, but i'd say that policies need to be placed upon them to limit their ability to screw people who pay for their services.

Especially when they deny coverage and reward bonuses for it.

You may want to Google denied claims, you'll find Medicare denies more than any insurance company. 6.85% of claims.

I suppose it is the same as the claim that everyone can receive medical care under the current plan regardless whether they can pay or not.

They won't your care, will be based on your age, and usefulness.. You know I hope it does pass, why? So in a couple of yrs when you see your taxes go through the roof, and see how much it will be just like Medicare and Medicaid is now.. You will wish you had your old coverage back.. Not saying you in particular, but liberals in general..

Whether it passes or not, my old coverage as you call it will be long gone.

When it comes to choosing whether to have insurance or repair the truck, the insurance will go.

It has went up this year about 36 percent. Figure what it has done in the past, rates went up as well. Goes up this coming year again, it will be beyond the budget.

The last time I had a claim, I broke my arm. Not covered by the insurance policy because of the deductible. This was in January 2006.

I hope it does pass. I will have no problem with a tax that will be offset by the loss of the total cost of my healthcare and the insurance. I think it will result in a little tax increase.

Not a liberal thought pattern, but a practical look at the problem.
