Not true...it is a rather well presented document. Lengthy and well written. I'm still reading it.

But I disagree that it promotes the man as a conspiracy nut. Since conspiracy was the item of the day, during his lifetime. He lays out his arguement rather well...so far.

He feared that some of the elite, would gain control of the house. And explained it rather nicely.

We now have an aristocracy of 3.
