I just saw a Rooms to Go trailer in Rock Hill, SC that had $120,000 for owner/operators posted on the side of the trailer. The truck did not have a sleeper so I am guessing these drivers are probably able to go home every night. Anyone know if this pay is legit?

$120,000 for O/O's is the gross more than likely...That's very low!
I consider it a bad year if I do less than $200,000.

Rooms To Go wiggle wagons typically deliver to the stores, not customers. I don't think they have singles delivering with O/Os here in GA.

just looked it up, I guess they do hire O/Os for delivery. They contract out to a different company

if you dont want to stay away from home 120,000 would be decent if your home during the week.its like local drivers and otr company drivers. If paid milage otr driver will make more but be away from home. Its all about what you need to do

Dryver, i'm not sure if your comment is directed at me or the op of this thread. i'm just supplying first hand info.

but i would like to chime in on that comment, my Q would be how do You know that 120k+ would'nt be good money ?

My analysis would be local deliveryies equals less fuel, you would have insurance thru R2go equal to fleet type pricing, that covers the 2 highest cost's assoc. w/ trucking.
A O/O could find a laborer to help with unloading for 20k/year
and he's home every night and has a social life outside of driving.
