I just say that about all Lease/Purchase plans all across the board. Did you ever sign on with D&T? I guess what it boils down to is a lease/purchase is what the individual makes of it. It's not for all, but it works great for some.

I am doing Lease Purchase for their Reefer division D and T trucking, which is owned by Bay and Bay. Both companies lease from Darin of Anderson Leasing. It's just a formality (liability shelter) because his cubicle is next to the recruiter inside Bay and Bay office. I can answer any question you have about leasing the truck. and probably almost anything you need to know about Bay and Bay

So far so good. Great pay for a glorified company driver. Pick what i want. Crappy rates westbound though. eastbound excellent. decent truck. I am truck #2182

Where you trying to say Tripac or truck? There is plenty of freight. Great rates out, crappy backhauls. so above average roundtrip takehome. I am usually preloaded before I deliver, but at the worst case overnight wait for a load (12 hour max). Put it this way, I have to intentionally take a restart. i never had to wait that long for a load. been there a month

I've read most of the post's on B&B and I thought I would drop in and post my 2 cents worth.I first signed on as o/o and when fuel went to 3 bucks i sold and signed on as co. driver.I drove A280 for most of that time, whoever got that truck,i hope it's doing as well for him/her as it did for me.B&B was so good as a company I'm the guy that did a driver add on xm radio for them.I thought i was home to stay,gr8 job,gr8people.As the world turns, things change.Chuck Larson was top man there, and a better man in trucking I have yet to find.Stern but fair, straight shooter in all dealings with Chuck. He retired, after awhile they hire a real jerk Zack Little.A glorified dispatcher from Overbye, how he got Bob and Sam to buy this crap is beyond me but he did.Upon his hire he made it quite clear the new co. policy was to be "if you don't like it,quit",a real gem of a guy. With the purchase of D&T,Sam made that his top priority,Little on the other hand is a behind sniffer, spent most of his time at D&T so he would not have to take the heat with alot of people leaving directly because of him.Along comes another Barber College drop out from Transport America, his purpose was to keep an eye on things on the fr8 side, for the life of me i can't remember his name,no matter he was actually worse then Little.I left shortly thereafter,7.5 yrs of service. The reason for this post is to say that B&B was actually a five star co.I still keep in touch with some people there and it has become a revolving door trucking co. it really is sad to see that happen. If any of you try them PLZ PLZ stay away from lease purchase, and if you try co. driver stay under radar and you might b ok.A gr8 co. gone to pot with managers that cannot manage, what a shame..respectfully
