I also wanted to add ... I'm a truck driver, sometimes, heavy jet aircraft mechanic. About 3 years ago I read an article in a national newspaper where a lady was allowed to take her pig on board an aircraft. (I swear this is true). At first, the pig was ok; but, when the plane took off ... the pig's ears popped and eee went CRAZZZZY!!! That dang pig started 'reeeking' and 'wheeeeeting' and they say he just went bizzurk and started running and breaking up the seats and seat rails ( I've seen pigs break a plank board like it's nothing), those flimsy little aluminum-made seat legs just bent like pie pans under the strength of that full-size pig! People, women AND MEN, were standing up on the seats and didn't know what the tarnation to do! The pilot landed the plane as fast as he could and their was hog crap all over the place and, when they opened the door the pig scrambled out the dang door, down the loading corrider, and into the airport lounge and terrorized a bunch of folk in there before someone finally shot it with a tranquilizer gun. One person was quoted as sayin' " ... ya know, that pig really didn't hurt one soul on the plane nor in the airport ..." " ... he was just havin' fun ..." " ... I can't believe they'd SHOOT a poor lil ol
600 lb pig with a tranquilizer gun ..!!!" I'd like to ask that dippety dumb bell ... how in tarnation would YOU catch a half-crazed 600 lb pig ????pagan22 Thanks this. -

To the DUI person . I've been at this 20 years now, and used to be a driver recruiter. Being that the DUI was over ten years ago, it may not be a problem, as that's as far back as they go. Honesty is noble, but not helpful in this situation. What you need to do, is pull your MVR, ( moving violations record) and see if it appears. If not, simply do not mention it. Many companies won't hire you if you've ever had one. But, many have been hired with felonies because they were more than ten years out. You could also look at driving for an owner operator, as its likely, they won't hold it against you. If its not still on your record, don't volunteer this information.
