now who can forgot the boondock's in Iowa up there on hyway 20, with the windy alis chalmers tractor that turns around with the wind , then up the next exit or 2 is a small mom and pop truck stop at Latimer, Iowa, then as go further north was Clear lake , Iowa, now a pilot, they tore the original one down, but i rember going with my dad and watch them work on the truck's, then the worker's would be all greasy and stuff, come inside and eat at the counter, but Des Moin'es got the biggest secret of all truck stop's, i'll take pic's of it when i get a chance

Where was the old union 76 truck stop in Indiana that had the red sulfur water. You'd gag drinking the water, and you'd stink worse after showering there then when you went in. I know they've since fixed the water problems. I haven't been that way for a long time and can't remember where it was.

i'm trying to think of that one truck stop were you enter the truck stop diner in the corner of building, had a big Indian chief over the door way, i think maybe Oklahoma or arz maybe, but it was a neet place.

I had forgotten about that, leaving the key in the ignition, and the fuel pump attendant parking the truck, man that is quite a memory, having your windows washed, oil checked, water, checked, truck parked..and he sometimes remembered your name..
