I to worked for PTL. Great trucks. Nobody gets paid the same. Promises of recruiters blown apart at orenintation. My only problem was getting home and sitting every weekend in a parking lot in the middle of now where or at best a truck stop. Not to mention the routes they have you take down little farm to market roads with no shoulder. What if you have a flat? Shut down the road. It really all depends on your perment dispatcher and how much you are willing to violate Hours of service for them. Oh yes report them to safety. Be real. You do it if you want a good run besides east coast 200 mile runs. I have been driving for a long time, but this was my first OTR job. You get shafted your first year anywhere it seems. Who kisses better? HA HA. :biggrin_25512:

Guitar, we were done the exact same way. Please contact me. We had almost the same size fleet you had. We are checking with our lawyer to see what can be done.

Whether it's PTL or Paschall stay away from any company owned by that family!!
They will lie and steal from you!! We are suing them right now for money owed us and I know we are not alone.

It's only a matter of time until someone goes "postal" on them...and i will be their own doing!
Don't make the same mistake we did by hauling their freight and getting screwed out of what we worked for!

Heck, I think I would find the holy grail before I found a company like that now days.

I was wondering if PTL has any ties to USX? or was just renting space at the USX terminal in Colton Ca.

:biggrin_25510:Please contact me if you me if you have had bad dealing with Paschall Services. We have been in contact with OOIDA and they are working with us to get something done about them. I am only talking about Paschall Service, not Paschall Truck Lines although they are owned by the same family.

I'm sure we're not the only fleets wronged by these crooks! I hope they finally get what they've got coming!

I have already spoken to 3 companies that are still in business that was screwed by Paschall. Some of the ones I've tried to contact have already locked the doors, Even Trinity Nationwide which had over 100 trucks with them. Heard there were other things going on with them too. I am trying to build a names list of truckers or small fleets that were done the same way. please contact me. i've posted my contact info.

Take it from an insider you will never win in the kingdom of Randall Waller. Don't fool yourself there is a very good reason why that company stays where it does. KY is a commonwealth State and Murray if you stop to think about it is a strange place to find such a trucking company... I can't really say much more than that without inciminating myself. Let's just say that local and state authorties have incentives to look favorable towards the company and not it's employees.

The corruption within that company hasn't even been touched upon in this thread. If many of you knew half the story you'd be leaving right this minute.

I'm sure I know several of you and wish only the very best. I feel it's a sad shame that good drivers are taken advantage of by a piece of crap company.
