Keep abreast of red River crossings in latter parts of June and early July 2015, especially south/east of Denison, TX, all the way until it dumps into the Mississippi.
TS Bill has dumped a lot of rain in the TX/OK watershed areas and major flooding is forecast to peak near June 21 at the Dekalb, TX point.

Forecast flood stage is "major" @ 31 feet, but not expected to break the current 36 foot record. Expect many Red River crossings (as well as tributaries) in OK/TX/LA on minor roads to be flooded and closed in the coming weeks (especially in Louisiana)
