No. FRE was sold to Celedon. I am with Jim Palmer right now but thinking about Schneiders IC load board deal if I move back to Kommiefornia.

    Gulf Thanks this.

I have been sort of lucky with the APU thing

Couple of failed starters and a coolant leak. Each time I was able to get it fixed within 2-3 days. With no extra downtime.

Now that I think about it, do holland's trucks come with onboard scales? And (I'm assuming no) do you guys have a lot of drop & hook?

The older trucks have Air Weigh Scales 12s (if there are even any left) 13s, 14s (not sure about 15s)
Starting to get rid of some of the 13s.
The Newer ones just have a pressure gauge which is really more reliable anyway.
Trailers, some of the 'older' ones still have the Right Weigh Scales.
On the Newer ones they went back to the Pressure Gauges.

Really using the term 'older' lightly. LOL.

Not really a lot of Drop/Hooks.
    Few Customers here and there.

I'm not sure what they're doing with the Air Weigh. I have a 16 truck and the Air Weigh is back on it. So maybe they've decided to stick with it. And the newest trailers I have seen have gone back to the air guage instead of the digital read out. But both will have some sort of weighing system. They all work well enough for me that if I'm 40,000 or under and see how it's loaded, I won't need to scale. Unless I'm swapping to another driver.

Well mine just quit again this morning. I need to check the fuses and the restart button but got the same "low voltage" message again after it quit. The message is gone now. If the message was still there it would mean maybe the generator or a capacitor. But I'm afraid probably the motherboard again. I wonder if there is some defect in the newest models since there seems to be a shortage.
I'm going to see about maybe going home early so they can work on it during my break.

There needs to be some way to override the idle cut off for situations like this. If it's over 95 or under 20 we can idle continuously. But can't sleep in any 80-90 temps with no air. Of course if your APU never goes out it won't matter. And I can do without heat unless it's below zero.

My 16 truck does not have air weigh, just the analog guage. No issues with my apu thus far.

Hopefully most of the fleet is not affected. The APU never went out on my last truck. Since this would be the second motherboard in less than a month it will be interesting to see what they do. It is under warranty so Carrier will have to figure it out. I'm delivering in Houston today so not sure when I'm going to take it in. Guess I'll see about the reload but don't want to spend a lot of time in Houston if the repair is going to take awhile.

And they will reimburse for a motel when your APU goes out if you can't get to a repair shop and need to sleep. But of course not always easy finding ones with truck parking whenever you need to.
