Real long time ago the drivers who came to our store to deliver had to go thru NY coming east. Paid by the mile to go the shortest route not the longer Haz Mat route. So the drivers used to rip off the stickers on the trailers. Most was aerosol cans or lighter fluid. Not huge amounts but just enough to list.
