On my way home from VA he was walking around holding his shoulder after he jacknifed it and hit the median rail pretty hard. Looked like he went off the road in pouring ran and the rest was history. The tractor was totaled and probably the trailer.

There has been very heavy drawn out rains in VA and NC the past couple of days. It was still ponding the road when I left Richmond this AM. You think he went for a sail?

There was supposed to be 18" of rain east of Columbia, SC yesterday. Water was shown to be up to the roof of the cars in one apartment complex, there may have been only a few inches showing. There are a lot of flooded out people, just what they needed.
