We have all steel wheels, and duals, and the weights are in the low 14ks empty. We scale them back when we return whether with nothing or most loads, The Utility is about the same but not as nice to use.

Most of the floors are still solid, while the Utility trailers are mostly perfing through on the cross members in the middle of the trailers.

I weight 35,500 to 36,000 depending on fuel. I have a 2016 cascadia. But our reefers are thermo guard deep freeze specific. We haul a ton of ice cream.

Would really need to weigh truck/trailer separate.
    Or 'Bobtail-Total Empty weight'
Like Bud makes you do when you drop/hook.

Had some time to kill and it wasn't busy.
Great Danes is all we run also.
And 95% of them have Side Skirts. Just so happens I have one with the Undertray, instead of Skirts.

    It is...and it's a little lighter than the 2013 I had.

    2016 Cascadia Evolution
    DD15 DT12 Transmission
Dual 120gal Tanks (was at 3/4 Fuel)
    Carrier APU
Has a Fridge and TV/DirectTV System.

Everything else is my stuff, and don't have THAT much.
Heaviest thing in here that's mine would be my microwave and it's not that heavy.

And an earlier comment you made..
That would only work, if you could know for SURE Shipper has it's weights right.
A LOT of the time they're waaaaaay off.

    This load for example.
Shipper BOL says 34900, Shipping Clerk says it's actually 40-42k.
    I scaled at 79120.

    KB3MMX, spectacle13 and mp4694330 Thank this.

I'm thinking DT12 could be heavier. What kind of mpg are you getting?
I'm getting a 2013 with 10spd and scaled around 17,500 with little fuel, 2 people - roughly 400 lbs, ringmaster APU, and wide based tires.

    Tires will help some.
    I have duals.
Lifetime Average (just hit 43k miles) is 7.7mpg.
Run heavy more often than not and OTR.

The Great Dane reefers that I pull come in at around 14300-14500.
