    Crystal dispatched my first.
Spring to West side 1 pallet 750#.
Tom gave me second and third.
Pick up Pipeline Packaging 1 pallet 237# going to what was Bayer until September 1.
They made me turn off the truck and I told them it likely wouldn't start again. And I was right.
A battery might cure that particular problem.
    But I can't afford one.
Anyhow got a jump start and got rid of that pallet. Then went down fm1405 a few miles to NSN Warehouse for a sample. Took that to LaPorte. Tom told me the phone was getting forwarded to Roland. Never another peep after 3pm. Got home 6:15.

Dave... 55 is NOT too old to start a new job... and like Mr. chopper here wrote, 700 a week is NOT that much... not that difficult to find...
What happened to that local driver job you were talking about the other day...? I think nothing could be much worse than what you have right now...
I remember what my dad told me the other day... "if we always think only about the difficulties before trying any change, we never change anything and stay stuck..." :biggrin_2552:
Are you telling yourself that you will stay at your current job "forever" even though that SUCKS and the money you make barely pays the bills?
I think you can do much better than that BUT you must accept CHANGE...

    Home as of 6:30
It was only a two day.
One pallet from Pipeline Packaging to a place called La Polla near IAH. 312#
2pc from Integrated Equipment on Brittmoore to Crowley Logistics 290#.
I got a hold of Roland and he said everything he had was for tomorrow. And I could go home.
I mistakenly turned the truck off at La Polla.
    I got a jump off a forklift.
I turned it off on purpose outside SDV and generally if it sits an hour or more it will restart ok. Not today. Got a guy at SDV who drove for the company years ago to jump me.
Tomorrow morning it'll start up just fine.
I will just never turn it off.
